• To record your information in our consultant database for potential future cooperation and consulting assignments CMC wins and that include you in the consulting team

• To identify appropriate other consulting opportunities

• To allow us to contact you if any appropriate work opportunity arises

CMC does not pass on your personal data to third parties without first obtaining your consent. However, given the nature of our work, the following third parties may receive your personal data for the following purpose(s) as part of the processing of activities as detailed above:

• Clients and partners CMC works with; a CV is usually shared as part of the bidding/proposal process for winning new work.

• Clients and partners CMC works with on existing contracts to assess suitability for project roles.

 

In specific circumstances, CMC may also share your personal data with the following third parties:

• Team Leaders on existing contracts to assess suitability for project roles.

• Team members on existing contracts to notify them of experience and skill-set of fellow team members (where required).

 

The acceptance of CMC’s Privacy Policy is also included in standard contracts that we sign with consultants and sub-contractors for the implementation of assignments.
